Methodologies

LEGO(R) SERIOUS PLAY(R) is a facilitated thinking, communication and problem solving technique for use in organisations, teams and individuals.

It was developed in 1995 for the LEGO company as a unique workshop method, based on a variety of psychological philosophies, amongst which: “hand learning”.

Other methodologies I use:

teamdecoder to build dream teams

Canvasation to better plan meetings and their outcomes

Relevance Methodology to build relationships between people and brands

Anti-Greenwashing to help you and your people with the next step on the road to more sustainability

LEGO (R) Serious Play (R)?

Why LSP?

LSP aims at replacing 20/80 meetings with 100/100 meetings. You know the situation: People in your company gather to do a brainstorming and it is always the same 20% of people doing 80% of the talking! So it is the perfect methodology when people with different points of views need to develop something together.

How does it work?

LSP unlocks everyone's knowledge through four simple steps:

1. Pose a question

2. Construction

3. Sharing

4. Reflection

Through a variety of available application techniques LSP can bring you closer to a shared understanding of your company, team, brand, target group or external relationships. And these are just a few examples.

The Relevance Methodology aims to build a relevant relationship between a brand and people. With LSP we can build your brand on the right side and your people on the left, and then a relevant connections of both in between them.

You will be amazed of all the interesting findings such a session can generate!
